269.8lb. Well, almost back to where I’d *thought* I was before buying a set of scales that actually worked…
Nothing quite like buying a new scales because the old one was acting up, and finding your actual weight is 20lb higher than you thought…
260.2lb WTF? Down, darn it, downwards! Gym again this morning. Easier than before. And more back exercises added to teh routine. On we go…
